Require 50 items for a listicle for a research project

I require 50 items for research about the subject of 'escrow'. The fact that it is a list means I do not require prose or narrative - but neither do I want to see items only from page 1 and 2 of google - as we could do that.

Items on origins, where geographically its usage is most prevalent; and for what use cases, e.g. home sales, software sales, domain sales etc.

What are the trends etc. for escrow, both now and in the future.

Any links to reports about the subject etc.
