    Hi Natalie,
    Can I see the dissertation first? Also, is that a fixed budget? I guess that's about 70-80 pages, so one may need to spend about 10-15 minutes a page for minor review, and maybe up to 30 minutes for moderate extensive review. That would require more budget then.
