Property market value research

This is Jackie and hope you are keeping very well. My client is looking for a research report with 300 around words per each for a few properties which the value on the current market. These properties are all based in the UK, some on letting and some will be completing very soon.

So, the report needs to include:
Marketing research for each property:
how is the market in that area,
what's the recent selling price of same type property in the same area/street,
what's the recent rent price of same type property in the same area/street.
what's the property value position in the next 3-6 months from now (April 2022).
how is letting market for these property, worth on letting or selling based on research?


There are around 8 properties, so please let me know if you can do this and how much in total for this research please and how long you can complete this ?
