Newspaper archive image research 1999-2024

I am looking for images of the newspaper front pages illustrating a series of specific world events occurring between 1999-2024. For example, an event may be Impeachment of Bill Clinton, and for this event, I am looking for a relevant newspaper that mentions the event on its front page. The result should be in a sufficient image resolution to be used in print (min 1200px width), so the resulting (black and white or color) image would be for example a front page of the New York Times from the 13 February 1999 (see attached). Such image should be saved as JPG and named 1999-02-13.jpg.

Locate the images either by google search, or by searching newspaper archives. A very good one is https://archive.org/details/newspapers which shows scans from microfilm for each title and date. British newspapers can be searched here https://www.britishnewspaperarchive.co.uk

I need a mix of papers, and always choosing a newspaper close to the source. So for the Hong Kong Handover Anniversary, a Hong Kong paper is the best (or UK paper is also relevant).
