Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
The project consists of identifying scientific publications that describe molecular processes associated with Leukopenia indicated in the title and have been published in the last 5 years (2019-2024).
The project's objective is to identify proteins and genes directly related to the pathology. For each identified protein/gene, it should be reported whether they are activated/inhibited and if this causes the pathology, or if their activation/inhibition status is a consequence of suffering from the pathology. The pathology has been divided into different "biological motifs", which can be seen in the Excel template provided. To complete this template, a Word document with the instructions is provided.
