In my field in the work in health Informatics we see a lot of changes nowadays in the healthcare system, Healthcare systems are shifting towards a new paradigm of healthcare services, placing the health consumer in the middle of the healthcare delivery model. This entails the importance of devising new strategies. Such strategies will only be effective if they are based on the population needs and the technological infrastructure.
