We are looking for a Researcher who will really “go down the rabbit hole” on a topic.

To make the videos engaging and fun - we are looking for a researcher who understands what kind of information is appealing and interesting.
This post is for one project - but for the right person, this can be a long-term position. We are aiming to do 3-4 research projects a month.
******
THE TASK:
******
You will be given a topic with some starting/leading questions to get you started.

* Answer the starting questions and provide INTERESTING facts/statistics/points about the given topic;
* Identify NEW INTERESTING questions about the given topic and provide the answers;
* Go deep and find any interesting connections to the main topics of psychology, health, nutrition and behaviour change
* Identify any experts in the field of the given topic;
* Provide sources for all information;
Ultimately - we are looking for interesting facts that you may not hear very often. This is the “below the surface” information.
Goal is to explain the topic in a new and interesting way. and hold people's attention with interesting facts.
Video based research is a plus - since we can use these clips as part of the final video.

THE TOPIC: Diets of the World’s Oldest People / Blue Zones
******
** Do a deep-dive on this topic, find the MOST INTERESTING facts, points and statistics and answer the questions (with sources) **
Main Questions:
Who are the world's oldest people?
What do they eat?
Are there any commonalities?
How do their diets differ from the standard diet?
Are there any items we wouldn't expect to be linked to long life?
Starting Questions:
Who are some of the world's oldest people?
What are some groups of centenarians who have discussed their diets? (ie: Okinawans, people in the blue zones)
Identify what they eat.
What is the research surrounding these types of foods/diets?
Are there any commonly consumed items that we typically don't associate with good health but are enjoyed by these groups anyways?
Are there any experts talking about this on Youtube / elsewhere?
Provide any video/audio snippets that help illustrate the point or make the video more interesting.
Are there any interesting stories that might help illustrate the point?
ie. eye witness accounts / stories from the old people themselves.
News clips of any of these people or their locations.
Are there any particularly interesting facts / interest points?
Are there any other questions that you found while researching that deserve to be answered? What are the answers?
******
Thank you for your interest and we look forward to working with you.

Hi Corey,
Super interesting idea. However, I was just wondering if you had a target number of sources or amount of words per project. This is just so I can gauge how long the work will take and whether the price is a fair reflection of that time. Thank you!
