Experience in research writing; topic Education and inclusion

In need of someone with an education background, great research writing skills and strong understanding of practices to have implemented within classrooms to be inclusive of working-class black boys.

Template, clear/step by step plan and extensive research will be provided for the most part.

I just need someone with amazing writing skills, ability to research into facts, statistics as evidence to support explanations, examples of practices that can be implemented in the classroom for inclusion/ avoidance of problems outlined and detailed explanation as to why they work and may not work.

The thesis will roughly be 6200 words altogether.
