Hi, I need someone to write a consumer report of 1500 words, in the hospitality industry.
Like for example: Alton towers consumer report.
You are to select a hotel or tourist attraction.
a. Provide a brief overview of it and b. identify who its main target audience are (using segmentation tools/evidence to help you and theory to explain the basis for this).
2. Provide an overview of its brand and identify how the brand is positioned in relation to its competitors, using theory.
3. Identify how the organisation meets the needs and wants of its customers through the marketing mix (place, price, promotion and products/services).
Good assignments may also consider;
• How it exceeds expectations and differentiates itself from competitors in these areas.
• How it may improve with suggestions.
