Brilliant VA needed for constituting a bibliograpy

A great research VA will help compile a bibliography (articles, books, reports) on specific topics : humanitarian NGOs as enablers for scaling up innovations, internal systems of humanitarian NGO, adaptive management within humanitarian NGOs, progress of internal (management) systems of NGOs in the last decade, humanitarian NGOs interacting with systems or underlying causes of crisis, systems change in humanitarian context, progress in humanitarian staff profiles.

The bibliography will be compiled in structured manner in Mendeley with all the basic information (authors, abstract, hyperlinks, etc.). There will be an indication of how many times the work was cited before and tags for works related to (multiple) topics. The list of tags will be developed together with the VA.

The ideal assistant will support collating research papers, books and reports related covering these topics in the last five years. She / will receive some resources to start with. She / he will create tags and file new resources rigorously in Mendeley.

End products :
 Thematic bibliography including related links to the works or works themselves when they are open source and retrievable from the net.
 List of recurrent authors, books and articles in the thematic bibliography.
 List of tags and definition.
 All documents will be filed rigorously and handed over to the client.

Time : to be discussed with assistant.

Hiring process : a test will be required before hiring.

This is just a first step in a research so if work is well done, the VA will be hired again for next steps.
