Academic reviewer for 10,000-word book excerpt

I am looking for an experienced academic reviewer to review 10,000 words from a book on clinical AI in healthcare, . The excerpt covers the deployment and governance of AI systems in clinical settings. I need substantive feedback on argument, structure, clarity, and technical accuracy, plus line-level comments where the prose can be tightened.
