Hello,
I'm basically looking for a few hours of someone's time that has a high level of NATIVE English that check the first chapter of my book. It is a self-help book and the style is casual, like you're speaking with the reader.
It is about 4k words, and I'm interested in both correction to grammar as well as any comments on clarity of the idea, style consistency, parts that are confusing etc.
I am self funded so I'd be looking for a light touch at this stage (i.e. whatever you can do in a few hours). This would be idea for a good value student looking for to get some good reviews on PPH.
If this works well there is the rest of the book once written. I'm not looking for perfection, I'm really looking for what you can achieve in a few hours.
