Remember you should never accept an assignment and allow someone else to undertake it on your behalf.
Specific Criteria - ONLY accept this assignment if you meet all of the following criteria:
You have a prescription to be processed, which needs to be collected between the 19th September and the 5th October 2013 (either for yourself or someone else).
You must ensure the prescription can be picked up from any pharmacy, i.e. not sent through to any specific brand (e.g. Boots).
You, or your friends or family, do not work for or have any association with the company to be assessed.
You will have access to the web to key your results within 24 hours of the assignment taking place.
This assignment involves:
• Visiting the specified Lloyds Pharmacy store, to process and collect a PRESCRIPTION for yourself or someone else
• In addition to collecting your prescription, you need to make enquiries and a purchase
The purchase can be any item(s) of your choice and you will be re-imbursed up to £5
If you usually pay for your prescription, we will not reimburse you for this cost
• Assessing the store environment, the service you receive and looking out for store promotions
