Require a professional to be available during the day to proofread some of my emails. Also I require (if there is an opportunity) for the professional to reshape the email to sounds more professional and formal. It is essential to keep the clarity on the email messaging.
I will be paying £1 per email and will probably be sending over 20-40 email per week. I will also be paying in advance £20 to cover the first 20 emails (around 250 words).
Once the email is shared for review via email, I require the email to be sent back to me within 30 mins.

£ 1.00 per email of 250 words, is way too low for your requirements. If you need professional work to be done, i.e. editing (syntax, corrections, etc and maybe rewriting the email in a proper professional way) and then proofreading for the total correctness and appearance of your email, plus that you want a prompt reply which means that the freelancer will have to leave behind other profitable tasks he is doing, then, you should consider paying on an hourly basis.
