Recipes Proofreading - English

Hey!

I'm looking for a copywriter and food lover to help me in this lovely project I'm working on.
Is for a platform that will help people on a transition to a vegetarian/vegan diet. We will provide several delicious recipes and meal plans.

We have some recipes that needs proofreading. For now, there are 120 recipes. I'm not sure about how many words.

I'm attaching one recipe example. Some are longer and some are shorter than this.
