Proofreading / copy editing training materials

I am producing / reproducing training materials for a sales team and need an outside eye to ensure that there is consistency across all documentation, etc.

Must be able to edit either directly in PPT or annotate a PDF on screen (we are using Office 2010).

Length: approx 250 PPT 'speaker notes' pages, however, many of these have only a few words of text. The larger issue is attaining consistent terminology, matching page numbers to exercises in workbooks, etc.
