Proofreader for a technical report, check/edit/ english and clarity, 2800 words

Report is an overview of my professional achievements, as membership application for an engineering society. very much like an overview of applying engineering concepts, skills etc in the last 4-5 years of my work. Included with examples of technical work throughout the report so familiarity with some aspects of industry, science, academia is advantageous. I need someone which can make it more clear, check grammar, rephrase sentences, correct english, use better synonyms etc. Thanks
