Proof reading, reshuffling and formatting an Ebook

Ebook Title:

Sharpen Your Game: Enhancing Vision for Optimal Sports Performance


**Objective:** Transform a consolidated Google Docs manuscript (largely in the correct order, but peppered with notes, currently 18k words) into a classy, modern ebook format, ensuring consistency and readability. Special attention to the appendices is needed for a clear and user-annotatable layout.

The grammar and spelling should largely be ok, so deep reading is not required… just a high level quick shuffle to see where the book is at and begin edits.

**Budget:** £250

**1. Template Selection:**

- Before starting the actual design work, please recommend a few modern ebook templates (flexible - there are smart templates from platforms like Canva or within Google Docs itself, for example).
- Ensure the template chosen is responsive and looks great both on desktop and mobile devices, since the final ebook will be consumed across various platforms.
- The chosen template should be easy to edit for future revisions.

**2. Content Proofing and Formatting:**

- Scan the manuscript for duplicate content and inconsistencies. Remove or highlight any such issues.
- the content should already be in a logical flow, but there are notes and additions peppered throughout as the content comes from different sources. Please can you make sure that additions, examples, case studies, etc… sit in the right bit of the document please?
- The main body of the ebook should be in classic prose format, ensuring it is easy on the eyes and reader-friendly.

**3. Appendix Design:**

- The appendices largely consist of worksheets for the reader to engage with. The appendices need to be tabulated in a manner that is both clear and consistent (as such, and inconsistent content should be easy to spot).
- Ensure that these tables are designed in a way that allows users to annotate, should they choose to.
- Maintain a uniform format across all appendices for ease of reference.

**4. Post-Design Review:**

- After placing the content into the template, kindly conduct a review to see how the layout interacts with the content.
- Please provide overarching feedback on areas of improvement, potential gaps in content, or any other suggestions to enhance the ebook.
