Proof read

Hi,
I have 3 word documents (about 4000 words / 33 paragraphs) of text content that I need proof read, and where there are some grammatical errors, or perhaps the words are not fully suitable, I need them changed and improved.
The document is not technical. The document is for a real estate agency, discussing properties to buy, the local area and the buying process.

I'm guessing this will take about 60-90 minutes to complete. I will send examples and more details upon request. I need this completed before 09:00am UK time tomorrow morning.
