I need someone to migrate content into a website CMS.

Project: Initial localisation + migration for Spanish & Irish microsites
Budget: £1,000 for approx. 7–9 days work

CMS: Contentful (or similar experience)

The Role
We’re looking for a freelance content migration specialist to support the launch of two small marketing sites — Currencies Direct (Ireland) and Currencies Direct (Spain) — by helping transfer, format, and quality check pre-written content in our CMS (Contentful).

If all goes well, there's significant opportunity for further paid work on larger site builds for TorFX UK, AU & NZ, which are also being migrated to the same platform.

Your Tasks
Upload and format ~15 content pages per site (content will be provided)

Lightly QA each page to ensure clean formatting, correct internal links, and image placements

Apply basic localisation inputs (e.g. currency symbols, contact references) — no translation required although the Spain site will be in Spanish

Flag any issues or missing content for our internal team to review

Requirements
Experience using Contentful or another modern CMS (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Umbraco)

Strong attention to detail — this is mostly formatting and consistency, not copywriting

Able to start immediately and work independently with light guidance

Basic knowledge of web content structure (H1s, links, buttons etc.)

Nice to Have
Some experience working with international or localised websites

Familiarity with SEO principles

Availability to take on additional content migration projects if this one goes well

Budget & Timeline
This initial piece of work is estimated to take 7 days (based on 1 hr per page, plus onboarding), and we’re offering a budget of £1,000 depending on experience and turnaround time. Future work may include up to 150+ additional pages across multiple sites, paid separately.
