Extra notes: I have an Ebook that needs reformatting to meet Smashwords requirements. It was fine but I changed the cover and now the TOC (table of contents) isn't right and a few other things. Please note it is a workbook with some spaces for people to think and write in answers. As it's an Ebook they can't write unless they print it out but I want to get it published by Createspace (Amazon ) so it needs to work as a paper version too. For this reason it is essential that the formatter is an English speaker.
