Editing/Proofreading job application questions

I have 4 questions that each require a 10000 character (about 1400 words) response. These questions are for answering an interview for a job (a promotion from my current job). I have these questions written on 4 word docs.

Need someone to proofread and edit to take to the next level. Some technical language is in there, but still, need to ensure it is not overly complicated to read.

Also need to edit to expand/reduce words as required to get close to, however not above the 10000 character limit.
