I have a paper that needs fixing. I need edit/criticize/rewrite/etc.

There are many problem with this paper but some of the major problems are:

1-Title is no good
2-Some subtitles need to be changed to correspond to section's content.
3-Some sections has contents that are not related to the section.
4-Organization of the paper need fixing.
5-Redundat info need to be checked.
6-Methodology need to be well written.
7-Conclusdion need fixing.
8-An abstract needs to be written.
9-research needed to find more info to cover eveything related to every section.
10-your suggestion to improve the paper.
