Ouch! Never quote lyrics of songs, Lee, unless you've been given 'kind permission' by the owner of the copyright (maybe Jones, but could've been Strummer, then again, likely a combined effort). The track isn't yet in the public domain, won't be for many years, therefore the word 'title' rather than 'lyrics' is a better choice for this classic Clash track.
That aside, I would mirror Mike in his observations. Who is your audience? I would also add, £20 is somewhat frugal if you require a decent job to elevate your presence on site. Just a thought.
Kind regards.

Hi Lee,
I have taken a quick look at the opening section of your document. My first question would be who are you intending to address with the piece? If it is for a relatively unsophisticated audience, the style may fit, but I doubt it would strike a chord with professionals with significant pension funds as it is too informal. If this is the case, I could re-write the piece for you in a more authoritative style, using the information you provide - but I wouldn't be doing this for anything like £20! Ultimately, it depends on the value to you of the document on-site as to whether the investment is worthwhile or not (by the way, if you start as you have, you really ought to allude to The Clash!).

Have you got a deadline for this?
Best wishes
