Dissertation proofreading

I am a BSc Wildlife Conservation student and am looking to get some quotes for proofreading my undergraduate dissertation.
I go over my work a lot and as a result have a tendency to become blind to potential improvements, as I am sure many students do! Here's a bit of information on the project itself:
- The max word count is 11, 000 but I will likely have around 10,000 words
- The project covers the topics of conservation, art/craft and experiential education
- The due date is the 10th of April
-There is a very small data set so the focus will likely be on reviewing literature

I'd like a little more than proofreading really, probably more along the lines of editing since I am aiming to achieve a 1:1 for it. Essentially I'd need things like grammar and punctuation corrected but would also like suggestions of re-wording, where certain paragraphs may fit better and all that jazz.
I am happy to provide both digital and hard copies, as per your preference.
