Dissertation Proofreading

This is the Research Methodology part of a PhD Dissertation.
It is 15,000 words and I would like them proofread - please use 'Track Changes'. 6000 of these 15000 words require paraphrasing. The content is good and I would like to keep it as it is pretty much but a professional touch, restructuring and tweaking are needed. In addition, the text has in-text references and I would need for at least 90% of these in-text references to be put in a full reference list at the end.
