Creating a worksheet based on the OSSACOMP rule for adjectives

I am looking for someone who draws up a worksheet based on the OSSACOMP rule for adjectives.
The exercise should consist of 10 Business English related and 10 Technical English related sentences.
2 Word documents a. exercise; b. key to the exercise
British English
Each sentence should at least contain 3 adjectives.
e.g.: A ____ _____ ____ dress. [comfortable velvet new]
Key: A comfortable new velvet dress.
