Copy editor/proofreader/writer on a permanent basis

My name is Alexandra and I am looking for a copy editor/proofreader/writer.
Someone who is skilled enough to do everything.

I am Russian and my boss is Russian too. Thus, no matter how hard we try our writing still doesn't look American enough. So we are looking for someone who will be helping him to make his e-mails sound more "American" (no need to write them for him, just rephrase some of his sentences so it looks better overall)

Also some help needed with academic English.
He is applying to some business schools, so we need a writer who can make the essays look smarter. He is a smart guy (has a BS, MS and MBA ), but since English is not his native language you cannot really see how it he is through his essays.

Please let me know if you are interersted to work with us, and how much do you usually charge per 1 page/2 pages and how much per 1000-2000 words. It is also important that you could stick to deadlines and not miss them.
