Business plan copywriter/proof readrer to review and amend drafted plan

Extra notes: I've created a drafted business plan for an integrated marketing business I'm considering starting. I've used the online software liveplan.com as a template for this.

The plan is completed to what I consider a draft format. I'm now looking for somebody with strong proof reading and copy writing skills (with business plan writing experience and even better from a digital agency/integrated marketing background) to review the plan and:
- Re phrase/reword text to give it a further professional feel
- Correct grammar and spelling
- Expand/edit were relevant throughout the document
- Provide questions/recommendations throughout
- Interlink any sections to ensure continuity

To be clear, the plan is written to draft standard only, some parts a brain dump of ideas. I don't consider myself a copywriter and plan to outsource this so I can focus on other tasks.
