Research + writing an article

I need someone to do some research for example and market overview to support a framework and perception that I'm leading which claims that performance marketing is driving todays new brands.
Basically the job is collecting examples and structuring and writing an article about the basics of the approach.
There is a clear brief with bullets and I would love it to be less than 4 pages in total. The less and more concise, the better.
