Extra notes: We have long term position for post writer to post and comment in active and hot, primarily UK based, public mediums such as newspaper, health bogs, healthy lifestyle websites and any other web-mediums with public comment feature present. It is of great interest to those having some sort of diy interest in building works.

1/ Qualities you must have
Have perfect English grammar skills, creative mind and some sort of interest in building and construction, as this whole task is about finding where to and leaving the posts about building and construction. So in addition to earning you will also get on top of the building knowledge and skills, at least theoretically.

2/ Where to post comments
Anywhere where there is high public traffic, e.g. national newspaper, most popular lifestyle, educational, science magasine websites, all that have continuous and hot discussions taking place. Steer clear off dated (where the last comments are old, e.g. older than 6 months) threads. Just as a guidance - any post you find used by www.bandg-construction.co.uk on the internet you are welcome to use those post for our post writing too.

You will have to prepare your own list mediums where to leave comments, subject to approval, before you start writing full on.

3/ Content of the posts
You shall write brief posts subject to below
a) in line with the logics of the original article/post thread, to reason/argue at least on one in-depth or general argument, from the personal point of view,
b) wrap up with the general conclusion from 'personal experience' how your issue/s was/were resolved by construction company Lux Construction, to also welcome to familiarise with their service ,
c) embed weblink http://constructioncompanylondon.org.uk ,
d) always blend in keyword phrase ‘construction company london’, in any format you find sensible, can be self-asking, e.g. ‘if you asked me what is best….?‘, ...most professional ..? the least trouble I had ...?
e) the size per each comment/post shall average 100 words, although no issue if in some cases you may expand further for the sake of the good argument and content.

4/ Proposal
4.1/ Please note it is an ongoing long term task, as long as you have skills, ability and availability to continue.
4.2/ With this task you will enjoy the greatest time flexibility you can get in today's manic world, as frankly there are no deadlines and at least the average number of posts is expected on weekly basis.
4.3/ Despite the ample of time flexibility on this task, you will only be expected to provide the summary of work completed in the form of the spreadsheet, i.e. where what post left with the third party weblink where one can find your left post on the behlf of http://constructioncompanylondon.org.uk.
4.4/ Please propose your price per 10,000 words, which will be split amongst numerous posts, but this quantity of words is only needed for the proposal cost comparison, as the content is not limited to 10k words and will simply depend on your availability.
4.5/ Confirm how many posts per week you will average, although in the light of the flexibility we give it is appreciated some weeks may be down and some up, although on the monthly basis you shall meet your proposed committed average number of posts.
