Looking for a ghost writer/editor for an Indian Cook Book

We are producing an ebook for British Indian Restaurant style cooking and need someone to help write parts of it, review our recipes and edit & improve them.

About the project
- There will be around 45 recipes
- We have all the recipes written down which will be supplied, you will need to review, edit and improve them (sample recipe attached)
- You will need to help write an introduction, an overview of restaurant style cooking, summary & descriptions of key ingredients, equipment and techniques - information will be provided
- We just need help with the words and editing. Design and layout will be taken care of by us

Who we need
- You must be a native English speaker
- You must have some examples of cook books you've previously worked on
- You need to be available for regular calls to review content and discuss the project
- Bonus points if you know what BIR style cooking is and know about Indian food in general
