Give my rough draft a tidy up and better structure

I have finished a rough draft of my business book, but it's messy and needs someone with a fresh approach to look at it and come up with their idea about how it should be structured and then implement.

It's about 120 pages but it's not broken down by chapters yet, so there is no theme running through it and really it needs someone to put an editors hat on and cut anything that's not inline with the theme created.

I think to do this correctly it would be a significant amount of time, so what I plan to do is send over a link for you to look at, you tell me how long it will take and then we can come up with either a full fee or monthly fee with an expiry to get the job done.
