Ghostwriter to write a fiction novel.

I have an creative idea for a book and have began the beginning part of noting down my brain bump of ideas, written a rough sketch and the three act structure of the story.

I have never written a book and do not read as much as I should. However, I am creative and have always wanted to write my own story.

I am therefore looking for a ghostwriter to help me put my story plot on paper. I have not worked with a ghostwriter either and would like this to be a very much collaborative project where I am able to give my ideas and plot the whole structure of the story.
