Ghostwrite book "ROI with Virtual and Augmented Reality"

I want to publish an ebook under my own name: 'ROI with Virtual and Augmented Reality - what does it cost and what will it get you'. This book will be about Cost (based on a presentation I already made) and Revenue for VR and AR (or ROI for short).

I am looking for a ghostwriter for this book about VR, AR, and the Metaverse based on a presentation I already made "Cost Analysis of a 3D Experience in VR and AR" (see attachment with a sample page). Page 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are a summary of different topics. I would like each item mentioned on these pages to be explained in one or two short paragraphs (in total about 45). This together will form the first part of an e-book: Cost.

I will also want to add some of my experiences with a focus on Revenue. I have hundreds of examples already that I already made in VR and AR (see attachment).

And do you know someone who can help with the styling of the ebook? I have hundreds of pictures and samples that we can add (using QR-codes).
