Ghost write adventure travel book

I have lived and worked in Saudi Arabia, a fascinating & much misreported country. I have a book framework of a journey I undertook travelling the length and breadth of Saudi Arabia. I have finished the first 3 chapters of a 27 chapter journey, which sets the humorous style of the book, combined with facts (pseudo Bill Bryson travelogue). See chapter 3 attached. I have much of the content for chapters 4 to 8, which consists a mixture of historical and geographic references. See chapter 4 attached. I have a target word count of 3,500 - 4,000 words per chapter, but some chapters maybe up to 6,000 words. I have a map outline of the journey and some graphics.
