Free Ebook/PDF creation

Hi,

I'm looking for someone that can help me create an ebook/pfd which I can give to my clients. I would like the book to be more of a story with examples, which people can relate to. The topic is Financial Literacy and how your mindset play a big part in your success.

I have a document that's a brain dump and doesn't need to be included in the book but can be used to draw inspiration and information.

I would like the book to be easy to read but also informative with the individual having an aha moment or two. The topic should provides a good foundation for further learning that will take place. It is important that the individual is open to a paradigm shift as change will not come from doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

If we can try and convey the message in the shortest amount of words, I would be happy. The length isn't an issue for me. Attention span is short and people don't really care unless there is something in it for them. I would like to writer to source pictures that might help illustrate the concepts too.

The budget is negotiable.
