Fiction Ghostwriter - Romance Novel.

Start is immediate, though I am willing to be flexible on timeframes for the highest quality writer.
The main theme of these books is Romance novels. Looking for a writer who can come up with an outline based on my summary of what I see the series looking like. The target market is women, vacation reading, housewives who love to read and get lost in the fantasy of what could be.. I like the idea of travel romances. love, travel, food, fun, a little sexy.
I am looking for a long term writer where I can have an ongoing relationship for steady, high quality outputs. I’m targeting one book every 3 months.
