Transcribe a PDF script into Final Draft 11

I have a pdf document of an integrated script and score for a musical I wrote and would like to have the script and lyrics transcribed into a Final Draft 11 (or compatible) file,

As it's an integrated script and score, it would probably need someone familiar with reading lyrics and music, however, I'm more than happy to spend some time explaining this if it's a problem.

The formatting must follow the Hollywood Standard, and include Lyrics and Song TItles, together with character profiles.

An example of the integrated script and score can be found attached.

The full document size is 297 pages (but this includes 22 piano/vocal scores (so it's not 297 pages of text that need transcribing).
