Short-short horror story

I am buying an original Short Horror Story (hereinafter, the "Work") that is 500 to 1000 words in length. The Work should be written from a male first person perspective. This Work is a basic more stripped down horror story. The Work should be one man’s narrative recounting incidents as he lived through them. There should be no thoughts of any characters other than the narrator's and no passages of conversation (reported speech only). Weird and creepy is preferred over gore but some gore is okay. The story should be clean (no bad language) and appropriate for an audience of age 14+. By submitting a proposal you understand and agree that:

You expressly acknowledge that the material contributed by you hereunder, and your services hereunder, are being specially ordered and commissioned by me. I shall be the sole and exclusive owner and copyright proprietor of all rights and title in and to the results and proceeds of your services hereunder in whatever stage of completion.

You agree that I may make any changes or additions to the Work prepared by you, which I in my sole discretion may consider necessary, and may engage others to do any or all of the foregoing, with or without attribution to you. You further agree to waive any so-called moral rights in the Work.

You represent that, except with respect to material furnished to you by me, you are the sole author of the Work and all of your services are original with you and not copied in whole or in part from any other work; that your Work is not libelous or obscene, or knowingly violates the right of privacy or publicity, or any other rights of any person, firm or entity.

If the above reflects your understanding, you may submit a proposal to reflect your agreement to the above terms and your intention to be bound hereby.
