Self-Published Author seeks Virtual Assistant

I’m a self-published author with two psychological fiction novels published on Amazon and a third in progress. I’m looking for a part-time virtual assistant to help manage my online presence and reader outreach.

Tasks include:

• Website updates and maintenance (jmecclestone.com)
• Social media posting on Instagram and other platforms
• Monitoring and responding to ARC review platforms
• Blogger and reviewer outreach using provided templates
• General marketing admin

Requirements:

• Genuine interest in books and reading
• Good written English
• Self-motivated and organised
• Publishing or marketing experience desirable but not essential
• I prefer a human-led approach to all content creation and outreach — no AI generated text please

Hours: Approximately 6-8 hours per month
Rate: £20-25 per hour
Location: Remote, UK preferred
