Script writing for a video ad campaign

We are currently looking a writer to undertake speech writing for an upcoming video ad campaign.

We want to deliver a powerful message on the challenge of sustainability in housing and how we can improve the energy efficiency through the use of building materials I.e building more energy efficient homes.

We want to start off very much like an inspirational/motivational speech (leaving this quiet broad so we could talk about facts about overcoming challenges etc ireland/sustainability/problems of housing) where we hope to captivate people, get people interested which then subtly leads to sustainability in housing

The video itself will be approx 2 to 3 mins max
In terms of length of speech we are leaving this up to the writer but it does need to captivate. There may also be more script writing opportunities availiable.
