Proof read, edit and improve a 3000 word document

I have completed a 3000 word document on the influence of UK Music talent shows on upcoming artists. this is the first time I have completed something like this, so,
I am looking for a person who can look at the description of what was needed for the document and then look at what I have completed and make sure it is completed in line with the outline of the brief.
it may need re-wording, re-structuring and proof reading to make it a good and complete piece of work.
I can answer any questions about the research I completed and what I found if it is need to make the document better.
