PDF booklet (adult nature)

We would like a PDF booklet creating for customers to download when they make a purchase from our website, I would like around 10 pages which will include care instructions, tips on use, pictures (I can provide these), idealy you'll be able to not only write the text but provide the layout and make it look nice and snazzy and provide me with a finished PDF, as it's of an adult nature please contact me for further information if you feel you'd like this project.
