To attach to the first four pages of a book's old inner file, with a new manuscript that will be given as a Word doc. and then to make pages with chapter numbers which have 28 lines, and fully covered pages with 30 lines. Then upload the newly made inner file along with a cover file that will be given to IngramSpark.
