Outline & Structure: I puchased a property with my girlfriend 7 months a go and due to us spliting up she is moving out and i am going to take on the mortgage myself. all though her name will stay on the mortgage until the fixed 3 years is up I require a legal document stating that she is not liable for the property and she has no claim to the house anymore which she has agreed to already as i am giving her a sum of money.
