Landscape Conference Opening Keynote

Hello,

Next month I have opening keynote at landscape architecture conference and I need a help with writing the speech.

The theme of the conference is "Value of Public Space" and I would like to address the wide spectrum of what the "value" can mean in regards to landscape architecture and urbanism (adding value to well-being in the cities, happiness through quality public space, increased economical value of well developed area, sustainability..but also I would like to touch a bit on controversial topic like gentrification).

The speech should be around 5-7 minutes long.
