I need help editing and adding creativity to "client" stories for a non-profit

I work for a non profit organization that helps low income people in the community and I create fictional "client stories" that embody the work we do at this organization. These client stories are meant to be captions for Instagram posts (there will be accompanying photos with each post). The captions are supposed to be captivating and bring attention to our organization (both to recruit clients and volunteers). There are 50 "captions" (client stories) that need to be edited. Each client story is about 150 words (around 7,000-8,000 words total).

The client stories need to be informative yet captivating. I am having a hard time making the stories more "captivating." (adding more of a "story" to the post). Also, the stories need to be edited for grammar/spelling errors.
