I need creative writers and bid writers

I need someone who knows how to write out application forms and answer questions in a way that has a good flow based on bullet pointed information or information in paragraphs given and specific questions asked . By answering the questions in total the word count shouldn’t be more than 1500 words for small projects and 2500 for larger ones . Excellent English grammar is essential. Is this something you could do on a regular basis ?
