I need content for a brochure for a property we have on sale

Please see attached brochure and pictures. I don't need to design the brochure, just work on the text which currently is wrong!

Requirements:
- To the point but informative text
- Tone of voice - tongue & cheek, playful but within professional boundaries
- Enticing for investors/buyers without being pushy or salesy!
- It's a house in Alicante Spain by a lake so, holiday, sun, lifestyle, luxury, scenic, stunning are key words

Please let me know if you can do this.

If we get this right and we click, I may have loads more such projects.
